The Platform that facilitates payment technology services including card acceptance, Net Banking, UPI, and recurring payments using various instruments like NACH, eNACH, UPI AutoPay, Card SI and Net Banking SI, rewards and loyalty, EMI, etc. (herein after referred to as the “Products & Services”). CAMSPay and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate on related information as possible. Any links to other sites via CAMSPay website or any other platform, over which CAMSPay has no control are subject to terms of such links/sites and Privacy Policy of CAMSPay. CAMS and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything in this term, CAMSPay and its representatives in any capacity, shall not be liable for any indirect claims in any nature whatsoever like- incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, consequential, cost, expenses, etc., including any loss of business or profits, claimed to be resulting from reliance of any clause(s) in this agreement, statute, in equity, law or otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to our website or any of our contents and agreements on it, whether express or implied. Survival

You hereby agree that the clauses on Confidentiality, indemnity and Intellectual Property shall survive even after you cease to use the CAMSPay website and various product, and services provided by CAMSPay.

  • Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involving minors
  • Copyright unlocking devices which include Mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection
  • Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials
